The Circle of Reciprocity
A relational framework that helps individuals and groups better understand the patterns shaping communication, participation, trust, and response within human systems. The Circle of Reciprocity invites deeper awareness of how our actions influence one another and supports more intentional, dignified ways of engaging in relationship and change.
Introduction Session to the Circle of Reciprocity
A free, 45-minute, online introduction to the Circle of Reciprocity framework and the relational dynamics that shape how we communicate, collaborate, and respond to one another. This experience invites participants to explore communication as a living system and develop greater awareness of the patterns influencing connection, trust, and change.
GROW² Coaching Model
GROW² is a reflective framework designed to support intentional growth by integrating self-awareness, relational awareness, and action. It helps individuals and teams navigate learning, communication, and development in ways that are grounded, adaptive, and connected to the larger systems they are part of.
Introduction Session to Coach-Like Communication
A free, 45-minute, online foundational experience in coach-like communication practices that support clearer dialogue, deeper listening, and more thoughtful responses. Participants are introduced to practical tools and mindsets that help conversations become more relational, reflective, and productive.
