Beginning Practitioners
For those who are new to Coach-like Communication and want to build a strong foundation. Participants are introduced to the core beliefs, mindsets, and communication skills that support more thoughtful, reflective, and intentional conversations. This level focuses on strengthening presence, listening deeply, asking meaningful questions, and developing practical tools that can be applied in everyday interactions.Intermediate Practitioners
For those who have begun integrating Coach-like Communication into their work and relationships and are ready to deepen their practice. Participants explore how to hold more intentional conversations in complex situations, strengthen their capacity for reflection, and develop greater skill in using communication to support growth, accountability, and shared understanding. This level emphasizes consistent practice, self-awareness, and relational discernment.Advanced Practitioners
For practitioners who feel called to hold space for the growth and learning of others. This level focuses on embodied facilitation, deeper integration of The Circle of Reciprocity and GROW², and the practice of creating learning spaces that invite honesty, dignity, reflection, and meaningful action. Participants cultivate the presence, skill, and discernment needed to guide individuals and groups through transformational conversations and sustained developmental practice.
