An advanced 6-month cohort for learning to hold space for The Circle of Reciprocity and GROW²

This is an advanced learning experience for those who want to move beyond personal practice and begin learning how to hold space for others.

The Apprentice Program is a 6-month cohort-based training designed to support participants in developing the presence, skill, and discernment needed to facilitate two core frameworks:

  • The Circle of Reciprocity

  • GROW² Coaching Practice

It is a practice-based apprenticeship in how to guide others through reflective, relational, and mindful learning experiences. Participants learn not only the frameworks, but how to hold space for others as they engage with them.

This program is designed for individuals who are ready to deepen their capacity to facilitate and hold space, including:

  • coaches

  • facilitators

  • educators

  • organizational leaders

  • human development practitioners

  • reflective practitioners seeking to expand into guiding others

This program is for you if you are…

  • ready to move from participant to practitioner

  • interested in facilitating learning spaces

  • committed to relational, mindful approaches to development

  • willing to practice consistently over time

  • open to feedback, reflection, and embodied learning

Program structure

Duration: 6 months, September 2026-Februuay 2027

Total learning hours: 60 hours

Cost: $1800, with payment plans available

Cohort size: 8-12 participants

Monthly cohort sessions

One full Saturday per month
9:00am – 4:00pm (with meals included)

Each session includes:

  • guided facilitation practice

  • experiential learning with peers

  • framework application (Circle of Reciprocity + GROW²)

  • group reflection and integration

Monthly 1:1 coaching

Each participant receives:

  • 2 hours of individual coaching per month

  • support in integrating learning into practice

  • reflection on facilitation development

  • personalized growth in holding space for others

Between sessions

Participants will engage in:

  • applied practice in real contexts

  • reflection exercises

  • optional peer learning partnerships
